AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTQN, WASHINGTON,
� PROVIDING F'OR APPR.OPRIATION OF FUIVDS
WHEREAS the Ci� af ;Renton Washin tan has received certain excess revenues

in excess af estimated revenues for the calendar year 1978, and

WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer from such
excess revenue into the below mentianed fund in order to close out the cash balance
in the Antirecession Fund and such appropr.iation being necessary and in the public
interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREF4RE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
