WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore

received certain excess �revertues• in �:excess of estimated revenues "

� WHEREAS it is necessar-y and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the below men�ioned funds "`
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest '
and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE ' ' ,

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
