� WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
� received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for

the calendar year 1979, and �
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and •
� transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund for
the purpose of pu�chasing condu;it� fo.r ins�all.ation in trenching

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN -
AS FOLLOWS: ;
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby au�horized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:

UNTO: CURRENT FUND, P.W. Administration
Acct. 000/000/015. 532. 10. 64. 00 $600 .00
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its �
