WHEREAS under Chapter 7, Title IV (f3uilding RAgulation5) or
Ordznance No . 1628 }:nown as the °'Cade of Gen�r�l Or�inances of
the City of Renton", as amen�le�7, and the m�p� and reports adopte�
i.n conjuncti�n therewith, the property h�reinbelow d�scribed has
h�retof�r_e be�n zon�d �eneral Classification Listri.ct (r-1 ) ; �nd
WHEREAS the City af Ren�ton initiatPd a praceeding ��r ch�nge
of zane classification r�f ;�aid prcap�rty. The matt�r was duly
referrecz to the Plannin� Commission for investig.�tian, study and
public he�ring and a public hearing having been held thereon on
or about May 27, 1987, and cantinu2d to June 10 and June 24 ,
1987, and tk�e Planning Commission having recommended c�rtain
r�zonings ta the City Council; and
WHEREAS th� Czty Council referr�d the matter t� the
Council ° s Planning and Devclogment Committee For study and
r�commenc�ation; �nd the Planning and U�vAlapment Committ�e
r�cammen�ed to the full Cc�uncil th�t t.he r�zona b� apgroved, NOW
THEREEORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHIN�TON, I�O
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
