THE CTTY OF REPITON (GROU.P 1 - PARCEL D-1 )
WHEREAS undex ChaptEr 7, Title IV (Building Regulations) of
Ordinance No. 1628 known a� the "C�de af GPner�l �Drdinances of
the City af Renton" , as �men�ed, and the m�pc and reports adopter�
in conjunction therewith, th� pxoperty her�inbelow de�crib�d has
her��afore been zoned Business Parking (off-street garking) (B-
P) ; and
WHEREAS the City af Renton initiated a proc�eding for change
of zonc� classif.ication of said property. The m�tt�r waa duly
rnfe.rr�d to th� Planning Commission for inves�igatidn, study and
pub.lic hearing and a public h�aring having been held thereon on
cr about M�y 27, �987, and continued to Jun� 10 �nd June 24 ,
1987, and thA Planning Commission having r�commen�led certain
rezonings to the City Council ; anc3
WHEREAS the City Council referr�d the matter to the
Council ' s Planning and Develapment Committee for study an�i
recommendation; and the Planning and Dev�lo�m�nt ��mmittee
recommended to the full Ceunril th�t the r�zane be approved, NOW
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSr
