ORDAIN AS F4LLOWS: ,
SECTION I: Existing subsection (3) of Sectian 4-2208 1.A., Title IV, (Building
Regulations} af Ordinance Na. 162$ entitled "Code of Generai (Jrdinances of the City
bf Rentor�" is hereby amenc{ed as follows:
Seetion 4-2248 l,A.�3), as amended:
(3) Multi-family and apartment houses One and one-half (1 1/2) parking spaces for
each dwelling unit. ,

Pravision of parking space for recreational
vehicies shall be aptional with the developer

SECTION II: Existing subsection (h) of Section 4-7098 of Title IV (Building
Regulations} af Ordinance No. 162$ entitled "Code,of General Orc[inances of the City
af Rentan" is hereby repealed.
SECTION III: The provisions of this amendatary ardinance shall apply only
to parking requirements for buildings or additions to existing buildings, for .which the
application for a buiiding permit is made after the effective date af this t3rdinance.
SECTION IVs Al! Ordinances or parts o# Ordinar►ces in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed,
