AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
� PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS

� WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore received
�
� certain funds from a 'Traffic Safety Commission Grant, and
�
�� WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer I
�
such funds into the belowmentioned fund for the purchase of a breatfialyzer,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for �
I the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed .
to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:

UNTO: Current Fund, Police Patrol Division
