ORDINANCE NO. 3 314
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of ftenton, Washington, has heretofore received certain
e�ccess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year 1979, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer from
such excess revenue into the below mentioned funds for the purpose of employing
temporary help and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEftEFORE
THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ftENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Direetor of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Current Fund, Unanticipated Revenue $11,525.00
UNTO: Current Fund, Public Works,
Engineering Design Division
a/c 000/000/15.532.20.11.00 (Salaries) $10,400.00

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval
and five days aft2r its "publication.
