ORDINANCE N0 . 3328
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton , Washington , will receive
certain unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1979 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such unanticipated revenue to be received from
Burlington N.orthern Railroad, into the below mentioned. fund for
the payment of road construction work on Monster Road, and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE .
. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHING'�ON , D0
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue $6 ,910 . 00
UNTO : Street Fund
Acct. 103/150 . 015 , 541. 00 . 00 . 00 6=;910 . 00
