�I WHEREAS under Ghapter 7, Title IV {Building Regulatians) af Ordinance
Na. 1.628 known as the "Code of General Qrdinances of the City of Renton", as

amended, and the maps and reports adoQted in eonjunetion therewith, the property
hereinbelow described has heretafore been zoned as Gener�l Classification (G); and
WHEREAS a praper petition for change of zane elassification of said property
has been fzled with the Planning Department on or about April 24, 1979i which petition
was duly referred to the Hearing F�aminer for investigation, study and gublic hearing,
and a public hearing having been held thereon on or, about May 22, 1979, and said
matter having been duly considered by the Hearing Examiner and said zaning request ,,
being in eonformity with the City's Comprehensive Pian, as arnended, and the City
Couneil havi�g duly eonsidered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties ha.ving been
heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, N4W THEREFORE
THE CtTY CtJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHTNGTON, DO
