ORDINANCE N0 . 3340
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON ,WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton,Washington, will receive I�
certain unanticipated revenues in _excess of estimated revenues
for 'the calendar year 1979 , and
WHEREAS It is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such unanticipate� revenue into: the �belowmentioned
fund to_.pr.ovide for the payment of the stained glass window for the
new Senior Center, and such appropriation being necessary and in the
public interest and for the public benefit , 'NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IZENTON , WASHINGTON , DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue
(Donation from Private Source) $ 4 ,500 . 00
UNTO; Senior Citizens Center Construction
acct. 313/000/20 . 555 . 08 . 63 . 27 4 ,500 .00
CRuud� Donation)
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage , approval and five days after it spublication.
