REQUIRING PERSONS DRIVING OR IN CHARGE OF T'�OTOR

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OI' P.ENTON,
t,aASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTIOPI I: It is unlawful for any person cahile in. charge
� of a vehicle, to park or wilfully allow �ucn vehicle to stand upon
a public highway or in a public place leaving a child under the
age of eight year unattended therein; except �ahere another responsi-
ble person over twelve years of age has immediate control over such
children and is physically present in the vehicle.
� SECTION II : �Jhereas not less than three (3) printed
copies in book form of Title 46 RCbJ and Title 9 RC��1 have heretofore
been filed and are now on file- in the office of� the City Cl:erk

' of the City of P�enton for� use *and examination*by �the� �eneral public;
now therefore RCW 46. 61. 600 ' and RC[�1 �9. 91'. 06� are�hereby adopiced

and shall be in full force and effect within t�ie City limits of the
I Ci�Cy of Renton.
S�CTIOPJ III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage and five days after its publication.
