CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO INSPECTION OF
CABARETS

SEC�ION I : Existing Section 5-3L10 of Cha�ter 31,
, Title V (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1625 entitled "Code
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amen ded to
read as follows :
Section 5-3110, as amended: COPZPLAINTS INVESTIGATED.
The Chief of Pb`lice or his duly authorized representative shall
promptly investigate all complaints against any establishment, operator
or manager holdin g a cabaret license and shall routinely inspect all
of such establishments so licensed within the City of Renton and
furnish a quarterly report of all violations to the City Council.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be ef�ective upon
its passage, approval and five days after its publication.
