AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 9-1108 OF TITLE
IX (PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY) OF ORDINANCE N0.
1625 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, �ST-ABLISH�TdG MAXIMUM STREEI

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: Existing subsection 7. F, af Sectio.n 9i.1103,
Title IX of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Renton" is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 9-110'8 7. F. , as amended: Street Grades.
Grades on major streets shall not exceed ten (lOQ/o) percent, but

SEGTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
