ORDINANCE N0. 3358
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEP.EAS the City of Renton, LJashington has received
certain unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for
the calendar year 1979 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such unanticipated revenue into the belowmentioned
fund to provide for a drinking fountain near the Senior Citizens
Center Building, and such appropriation being necessary and in the
public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOtiJS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue
(Donation from Renton Chapter of
Soroptimists International) $ 1, 000. 00
UNTO: Senior Citizens Center Construction
Fund, Acct. y�313/000/20. 555. 08. 63. 16 $1, 000. 00
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
