ORDINANCE NO. ' 3364
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY.OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
,41HEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, will receive certain
unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar
year 1979, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer
from suchunanticipated revenue into the belowmentioned fund to provide
for the payment for construction of Quick Egress Taxiways on the
Renton Municipal Airport, and such appropriation being necessary and
in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriations and transfers:
FROM: Airport Unappropriated Fund Balance $ 27,750.00
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue - ADAP Project
No. 5-53-0055-03 Grant 207,000.00
$ 234-750.700
UNTO: Airport Account No. 402/000/015/534.90.63.20
Quick Egress Taxiways, East Side-
ADAP 5-53-0055-03 $234,750.00
SECTION II:
This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its:publication.
