ORDINANCE NO. 3385
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has received
certain unanticipated revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1979, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such unanticipated revenue into the belowmentioned
fund and such appropriation being necessary and in the public
interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and
transfer:
FROM: Unanticiaated Revenue
Special Needs Completion $ 15,000.00
Unallocated Population Funds 5,179.00

UNTO:
20,179.00UNTO: South Burnett Linear Park

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective u -Don its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
