ORDINANCE NO. 3387
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
DELETING CHAPTER 10 OF TITLE X (TRAFFIC) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED"CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
NEGLIGENT DRIVING, RECKLESS DRIVING AND DRIVING
WHILE INTOXICATED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Chapter 10 of Title X (Traffic)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code +of General Ordinances of
the City of Renton" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II: Existing Section 10-122 of Title X (Traffic)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton" is hereby repealed.
SECTION III:
This ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
