ORDINANCE NO. 3977
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ADOPTING 1984 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
ROAD AND BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION
BY REFERENCE
WHEREAS a new compilation of Standard Specifications for
road and bridge and municipal construction is now available; and
WHEREAS it would be in the public interest to adopt such
new Standard Specifications as the standard specifications for the
City of Renton, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The 1984 Standard Specifications for Road and
Bridge and Municipal Construction is hereby adopted by reference
and one copy thereof shall be filed with the City Clerk as required
by law.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage,
approval and thirty days after publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 3rd day of March, 1986.
