Amends Portions of Ordinance

CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 3980
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON AMENDING CHAPTER 7.OF TITLE
IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF.ORDINANCE
NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO OFFICE PARK (O -P) ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing subsection (B) 1 of Section 4-718
of Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended
by adding an additional subsection as follows:
Section 4-718 (B) 1. k. Motion picture theaters and similar
recreational and entertainment facilities, subject to the provisions
of Section 4-730(C) 2.
SECTION II: This Ordinanceshall be effective upon its
passage and approval and thirty days after publication.
