ORDINANCE NO. 4019
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE IN THE RENTON HIGHLANDS
AREA, MONROE AVENUE N.E., AND N.E. 7TH STREET,
AND ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE UPON
CONNECTION TO THE FACILITIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby created a sanitary sewer service
special assessment district for the Renton Highlands, Monroe Ave. N.E.,
and N.E. 7th Street which area is more particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth herein.
A map of the benefited area is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION II: Persons connecting to the sanitary sewer facil-
ities in this Special Assessment District which properties have not been
charged or assessed with the cost of the sanitary sewer main, shall pay
in addition to the payment of the connection permit fee and in addition
to the general facility and trunk connection charge, the following addi-
tional fees:
Based on a benefit area of 59,800 square feet, the following
charges result:
Area Charge = $0.33653 per square foot
For properties on Monroe Ave. N.E. and N.E. 7th Street, within
the limits defined on the exhibits.

approval and thirty (30) days after publication.
