AN'ORDINANCE`OF THE CITY -OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING" "SECTIEJ "5-402 - OF- TITM'V_ (BUSMESS
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION I: Existing Section 5-402 of Title V ( Business Regulations )
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Renton" reading as follows:
SECTION 5-402: LICENSE REQUIRED; ANNUAL FEE: It shall be unlacriul to
open up, conduct, manage, operate or maintain a public dance hall
within the City without a valid and subsisting license so to do, to
be known as a Public Dance Hall License. The annual license fee for
a Public Dance Hall License shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS MLLOWS:
SECTION 5-4'.,02 AS AMENDED: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES: It shall be unlawful
to open up, conduct, manage, or operate or xMintain a public dance hall
within the City without a valid and subsisting license so to da, to be
known as a Public Dance Hall License. The annual fee for a Public Dance
Hall License shall be seventy five dollars 075.00). The license fee
for a period less than a year shall, be at the rate of twenty five dollars
(025.00) for each quarterly period.
SECTION 11: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passages approval and legal publication,
