AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,.WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL CLASSES AND EXPENDITURES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS SECTION I: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the main- tenance and operation of the below mentioned Department and in order to meet certain obligations and expenditures which could not be forseeable at the time of the adoption of the 1960 Budget, it is hereby found necessary for the proper administration, operation and benefit of the City and the maintenance ofpublic streets to transfer funds between general classes as hereinbelow provided and as futther authorized by Chapter 322 of the 1955.Session Laws of .the .State of Washington, and such transfers are kreby found to be in the public interest and required for the public safety and welfare. SECTION II: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make and execute the following transfers of funds, to -wit: FROM: Street Department, Construction, Capital Outlay Account #1700 $5,000.00 UNTO: Street Department, Maintenance Account #7037.2, Salaries and Wages, extra labor $5,000.00 SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
