AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESTRICTING
AND LIMITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN DESIGNATED
STREET; PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
9-4-1960
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on the north side of S.E. 94th Street
extending from its intersection of 104th Avenue S.E. for a distance, westerly,
of 300 feet is hereby prohibited iwi
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
