THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ODNTAn= IN ORUINAK3NO, 18581,
RELATIVE TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHERFAS City of Renton Ordinance No. 1858 was duly passed by the
City Coancil on November 8, 1960, and thereafter published as such Ordinance
under date of November 17.9 1960, and
I it appears that the legal description of said property
should to corrected and amended; NOW THEE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY (F RMTON
Section I: The description of certain property rezoned pursuant to
Ordinance No. 1858 is hereby amended and corrected so that the parcel of property
rezoned to Single Residence District (R-1) is described as follows:
Tract 65 and 80, of'. -:Plat .Noi 2: of,.fienton Cooperative Coal
Company's Acre Tracts, situate in the County of King, State
of Wltsbington;
and said rezoning to be subject to the lairs and ordirames of the City of Renton
and in compliance with the plane and specifications heretofore submitted by
petitioner -owner of said property.
SECTION II: An other provisions of Ordinance No. 1858, except as
otherwise provided herein, shall remain in full force and effect,
