ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,APPROPRIATING
CERTAIN FUNDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF ESTIMATED REVENUES',
PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FROM SAID WATER
DEPARTMENT FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the
operation of the Water Department of the City of Rent on as hereinafter more
particularly described and certain funds within said Department having been
received in excess of the estimated revenues as specified in the City of
Renton Budget for 1960 and such excess of revenuestxfoxa available for the
payment of certain expenditures and to transfer and appropriate from funds
received in excess of said estimated revenues, and such appropriation and
expenditures being necessary and required and being in the public interest and
for the public safety and welfare.
SECTION II: There are hereby appropriated the following sums received
in excess of estimated revenues in the Water Department of the City of Renton
and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer said
hereinbelow specified sums, toy -wit:
Excess Revenue,-, Water Department $4,440.00
UNTO: Water Department, Administrative,
_Account No. 7090.111777 1,200.00
UNTO: Water Department, Maintenance,
Account No. 7090,112/737 2,600.-00
UNTO: Water Department, Maintenance,
.Account No. 7090.12/760 640.00
SECTION III: The City Clerk -of the City of Renton hereby certifies
that this Ordinance was duly passed and approved by the legislative body of
the City upon the vote of one more than the majority of all members of said
legislative body.
SECTION IV -This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
