AN ORDI1.IANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON VIASHINGTON, A TIMING
SECTION 10-201 OF TITLE X (TRAFFIC] RELATIVE TO ONE oTAY
STREETS AND RESTRICTING PARKING THEREON, OF ORDINANCE NO.
1628 ENTITL'E'D "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY.CO UNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON as follows:
SECTION I: E:�dsting paragraph kb)' -of Section 10-201 of Title X,
(Traffic) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "CODE OF GENERAL CRDLITANCES OF THE CITY
OF RENTON" reading as follows:
10=201 ONE-WAY STR=S: the following streets in the City..
between the terminal points herein defined, are
designated as one-way streets, upon which vehicular traffic
shall travel only in the direction stlted herein for each
street
(b) Travel to be Southbound only:
Williams Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Grady Way
Burnett Street, west half, from Second Avenue to Fourth Aveiaue.
Dorris Street, from Second Avenue to Third Avenue.
BE AND THE SAIF IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOIMIS:
10-201 ONE WAY STREETS: the following streets in the City, between
the terminal points herein defined, are designated as one-way
streets, upon which vehicular traffic shall travel only in the direction
stated herein for each street:
(b) Travel to be Southbound only:
Williams Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Grady Way
Burnett Street, west half, from Second Avenue to Fourth Avenue.
SECTION II: Parking of vehicles on the west side of Morris Street
between Second Avenue and Third Avenue is hereby prohibited. The Street Commissioner
is hereby authorized and directed to establish and erect appropriate signs and
markers on such street.
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be guilty-of.a.misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
to
be fined in any sum not,/exceed Twenty Five Dollars (825.00).
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
