AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHC.NGTON, PmAJIDING FOR A TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM CUMULATIVE RLSERVE FUND NO. 1184 UNTO LOCZL IMPROVF1IENT
DISTRICT FUND NO.. 215 FOR THE PURPOSE OF, REIMBURSING SAID FUND FOR THE
CITY'S SH&RE OF PARTICIPATION IN A PUBLIC IMPROVEME-NT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: For ::he purpose of providing sufficient funds in Local
Improvement Disrrict Fund No. 215 and to reimburse said Fund for the City of.Renton's
share of participation in the i._-provements heretofore completed by said Local
Improvement District, it is therefore found necessary for'the�proper administracioli,
operation and benefi of the Ci,:y and said Local Improvement Fund No. 215 to
transfer sufficient funds from Cumuli�tive Reserve Fund No. 1184 and such trl-insf er
is Hereby found to be in the public interest and for the public benefit.
SECTION II: The City Cleric and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to make and execute :he following transfer of funds for the purposes
hereinabove stated, to -wit:
FROM: Cumulative Reserve Fund No. 1184 $1397.08
TO: Local Improvement District Fund No. 215 $1357.08
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
