AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 4-7-11 OF TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENUAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: Existing Sub -Section (I) of Section 4-7-11 of Title IV (Build- ing Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "CODE OF GENERAL ORDIigANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" reading as follows: SUB -SECTION I OF SECTION 4-7-U B-1 BUILDING DISTRICT: In the B-1 Business District, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be hereafter erected or structurally altered unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, except for one or more of the fol- lowing or similar uses: (1) Any use permitted in R-3 and R-4. BE AND THE SAJ�3 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: SUB -SECTION I OF SECTION 4-7-11 AS AMENDED B-1 BUILDING DISTRICT: In the B-1 Business District, no building, structure or premises shall be used or hereafter erected or structurally altered un- less otherwise provided for in this Chapter, except for one or more of the following or similar uses: (1) Any use permitted in Residence District (R-3) and Apartment Houses residential family dwelling and Multiple Dwellings District (R-4) (but excluding any/ussospecified in a Residential 1 and Residential 2 District); but any such use herein permitted in a R-3 and R-4 District shall be subject to all limitations and restrictions, including height and set -back requirements as are applicable to a Business District (B-1). SECTION II: All other terms and provisions of Section 4-7-11, unless other- wise expressly provided hereinabove, shall remain in full force and effect.
