HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 2008ORDINANCE NO. ��­� - 11, 4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS IN EXCESS OF ESTIMATED REVENUES FOR THE OPERATION OF THE NORTH HIGHLANDS RECREATION BUILDING WHEREAS the Current Fund of the CITY OF RENTON has heretofore received revenues in excess of the estimated revenues and WHEREAS such excess revenues are required to meet certain obligations and expenditures of the CITY and the belowmentioned Departments and Funds which could not be forseeable at the time of the adoption of the 1963 Budget and such appropria— tions and expenditures being necessary and required to operate and maintain the North Highlands Recreation Building and such action being in the public interest and for the public welfare, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: There are hereby appropriated the following funds received in excess of the estimated revenues within the Current Fund, in the following described departments and funds and the City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make a transfer of such excess funds as hereinbelow specified, to—wit: FROM: Current Fund, funds in excess of estimated revenues UNTO: Municipal Buildings, Salaries and Wages, Account No. 7036.121 Municipal Buildings, Power, Account No. 7036.121/611 Municipal Buildings, Metro, Account No. 7036.121/612.-1 Municipal Buildings, Fuel, Account No. 7036.121/621 UNTO: Non—Departmental, Medical, Account No. 7035/601.1 Non—Departmental,,,/Statewide Re:tirementand Social Security, Account No. 7035/601.2 Total $6,354.00 4,186.00 720.00 150.00 960.00 90.00 248.00 $6,354.00 SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
