AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON APPROPRIATING AND
TRANSFER RING CERTAIN FUNDS IN EXCESS OF ESTIMATED REVENUES
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received revenues in excess of estimated
revenues, to -wit: franchise payments, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to defray additional expenditures
to pay for a comprehensive plan and review of the City's personnel and payment policies
which expenses could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of adopting the 1963 Budget;
and such appropriation and expenditure being necessary and required and being in the
public interest and for the public welfare, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
Section I: There is hereby appropriated from aforesaid excess revenues
to and for the following Department, to -wit: Non -Departmental 7035 Account No. 603 -
Expert Services , $15,000.00. The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to make transfer of said sum as above stated.
Section II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
