ORDINANCE N0: _��,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON., WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS IN
EXCESS OF ESTIMATED REVENUE
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received revenues in excess of esti-
mated revenues, to -wit: franchise payments, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to defray expenditures in
the City Clerk's Department as hereinbelow set forth which expenses could
not be reasonably foreseen at the time of adopting the 1963 Budget; and
such appropriation and expenditure being necessary and required and being
in the public interest and for the public welfare, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from aforesaid excess
revenues to and for the following Department, to -wit: City Clerk,
Account No. 7003, Capital Outlay No. 1714, $510.00. The City Clerk and
the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make transfer
of said sum as above stated.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from.
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
