CITY OF RTNTON IRO -I SUBURBAN REST_DUMM, DISTRICT (S-1) TO
SUBURBAN RCSIDUNCE NO. 1 DISTRICT (SR -1).
VREREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance
No. 1628, known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" as
amended, and the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow
described has heretofore been zoned as Suburban Residence District (S-1) and
WH -.-REAS under the aforesaid Ordinance a proper petition for change of
zone classificat;.on of said property has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Renton on or about April 3, 1963, which Petition wc.s thereupon referred
to the Planninn Commission for investigation and study and thereafter a public
hearing having been held thereon before said Planning Co=, J.ssion on or about
April 24, 1963, all pursuant to notice of hearing duly published and hosted
as provided by law; and said Planning Commission having du:y considered and
recommended saie' zoning and all parties having; been heard appearing; in support

SECTION I° The followin described property in the City of Renton is
hereby rezoned to Suburban Residence No. 1 District (SR -1); the City Engineer
and the Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the
maps of the zoning ordinance, as amended, to evidence said rezoning; said
Property being described as follows:
Lots 10,, ll, 12, 13, 14, 15, and the West 23.5' of Lot 16, Block 10,
C. D. Hillinants Earlington Gardens #l, Less State Bighway, all
situated in Renton, King County, 5°yashington.
And said rezoning to be further subject to the laws and ordinances of the
City of Renton.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
