AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (GS -1 and G-7200) TO RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3) WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance Teo. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" as amended, and the maps adopted in conjunction therewith, the properties hereinbelow described have heretofore been zoned as General Classification District (GS -1 and G-7200); and WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification of said properties has been filed with the City on or about November 6, 1963,.which.petition was then referred to the Planning Commission for investigatiog, study and public hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about November 27, 1963, all lursuant to notice of hearing duly published and posted as provided by law; and said Planning Commission having duly considered and recommended said rezoning, and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto; NOW THEREFORE FOLLOWS: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS Section 1: The following described parcel of property in.the City of Ranton is hereby rezoned to Residence District (R-3); the City Engineer and the Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to evidence said rezoning: That portion of the North 1/2 of Section 21, Twp. 23 N., Range 5 E.,W.M. described as follows: . Beginning at the center of said Section 21, thence northerly along the center line of said Section 21, 340' to the true point of beginning; thence north 63040'50" E. 669.681; thence north 32004'0" West 3701; thence North 80010'30" West 1954'; thence south 3601941'° East 815.01'; thence south 61053'51" East 403.74'; thence South 82009'40" East 695.07' to the true point of beginning, all situate in Renton, King County, Washington Sectian 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
