JUDGMENT OF THE SUPERIOR COURT, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON. i T(.'3 WHEREAS since the adoption of the 3 annual budget of the City of Renton, it has become necessary to provide for the expenditure of certain monies, to satisfy a certain judgment rendered against the City of Renton, pursuant to order of the Superior Court, King County, which judgment is dated December 16, 1563 and WHEREAS it is necessary for the proper administration, operation and maintenance of the City to appropriate funds for and out of the City Fund as hereinafter set forth for the purpose of satisfying said judgment as provided by law, all pursuant to R.G.W. 35.33,120 NOW THEREFORE.BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL.OF.THE,.C.ITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The foregoing recitals and facts are hereby found.to.be tttue and correctand by reason thereof the Council does hereby declare that an emergency exists. Section 2: That there .be and .is hereby allowed and established the following sum for expenditure in the foBowing classification and said sum is appropriated for expenditure in said fund and for the purpose of satisfying a certain judgment in the Superior Court, King County Cause No. 597256, and said appropriation is in addition to provision and allocation of the 1%4 -budget, to -wit: Department and Fund Purposed Amount 7037.1 Street Construction; Capital Outlay Satisfaction of Judgment $25,407.40 Account 1: 7`Z Secti6n.3: This Ordinance is an emergency ordinance which shall -not be voted upon until -one week shall have elapsed after ;:its introduction and a copy thereof shall be published as a proposed ordinance with a notice of the time set for voting thereon. Section 4:.This Ordinance shall: -:be in.full force and -effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication. INTRODUCED FOR FIRST READING .December .23, 1963.
