THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE
CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT
(GS -1) TO BUSINESS DISTRICT (B..l)

then referred to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and public
hearings and a publio hearing having been held thereon on or about January 22, 1964,

and said matter having been held by the Planning Commission for further considera-
tion and study and thereafter an Appeal having been tarn by the petitioning
owners from the decision of the Planning Commission to the City Council and a:

been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS
SECTION Is The following described parcel of property in the City of
Renton is hereby rezoned to Business District (B.-1) and the City Engineer and the
Planning Director are hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the
Zoning Ordinance, as amended., to evidence said rezoning=
Lots 1 through 14, Lots 43 through 563 Block 41. Together with
all of that portion of Block 40, lying North of Primary State
Highway No. 1; ALL in C. D, Hillmants Earlington Gardens
Addition Division No, 1s ALSO vacated streets and alleys, if
any, lying therein. All situate in Renton, King County, Washington.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication,
