1-729, 1-731, 1-732, 1-733, 1-735, 1-736, 1-737, 1-738, 1-739, 1-74o, 1-742, 1-744 of
Chapter 7 (Wards and Precincts) of Title I (Administrative) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" are hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION I: 1-703 As Amended. PRECINCT NO. 1: That portion of the City of
easterly of the center -line of the Cedar River;
Renton lying southerly and easterly of the Inner Harbor Line;/northorly of the center -line
of 5th Avenue North; and westerly of the center -line of Pelly Street and the center -line
of Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and southerly of the north line of Section 8,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
1-705 As Amended. PRECINCT NO. 3: That portion of the City of
Renton lying south of the center -line of 8th Avenue North; east of the center -line of
Pelly Street; north of the center -line of 3rd Avenue North; and west of the center -line
of Meadow Street,
1-706 As Amended... PRECI TCT 1 - 4: A11 that portion of the City of
Renton lying south of the center -line of 8th Avenue North; east of the center -line of
Meadow Street and said line produced northerly; north of the center -line of Bronson Way
and Maple Valley Highway; and west of the centerilines.Sunset Boulevard East and Bronson
Way north, and the east margin of Primary State Highway 1 -RE.
1-707 As Amended. PRECINCT ?':0. 5: That portion of the City of
Renton lying southerly of the center -line of the Cedar" River; easterly of the center -line
of Logan Street; northerly of the center -line of 3rd Avenue and Houser Way.

Renton lying south of the center -line of Houser Way; east of the center -lines of Main
Street and Cedar Street; north of the center -line of 7th Avenue South and 8th Avenue South;
and west of the center -line of Renton Street.
1-714 As Amended. PRECINCT NO. 12: That portion of the Gity of
Renton lying south of the center -line of Cedar River; east of the center -line of Renton
Street; north of the center -lines of 9th Avenue North and Southeast 144th Street; and
west of the center -lines of Jones Street and the existing City Limits.
1-717 As Amended. PRECINCT NO. 15: All that portion of the City
of Renton lying south of the center -line of Mt. Olivet Road and said line produced
easterly; also that portion south of the center -lines of Bronson Way and the Maple Valley
Highway; east of the center -line of Bronson Way North and the east margin of Primary State
Highway No. 1 -RE; 'north of the center -line of the Cedar River; and west of the east line
of Section 17, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.

Renton lying south of the north line of Windsor Hills Addition; east of the center -line
of Sunset Boulevard East; north of the center -lines of 3rd Avenue North, Mt, Olivet Way
and the easterly extension of Mt. Olivet Way; and west of the center -line of "Ell Street
and the southerly production thereof.
1-719 As Amended, PRECINCT NO. 17: That portion of the City of
Renton lying south of the center=line of 7th Avenue North; east of the center -line of
Sunset Boulevard East; north of the north line of Windsor Hills Addition; and west of the
center -line of 'Ell Street.
1-720 As Amended. PRECINCT NO. 18: That portion of the City of
Renton lying south of the center -line of 9th Avenue North and a line 100 feet south of
and parallel thereto; east of the west margin of the plat of Renton Highlands and the
center -line of Sunset Boulevard East; north of the center -line of 7th Avenue North; and
west of the center -line of "H11 Street.

and west on City Limits Line to intersection with 132nd Avenue Southeast; thence south on
132nd Avenue Southeast to an intersection with the easterly produced north line of
President Park No. 5; thence west on said production and north line to 11011 Street; thence
south on 11011 Street to intersection with 6th Place North, the point of beginning. Also
that portion lying south and west of the north and east lines of the plat of Rainier
Acres; east of the center -line of "Ejlt Street and said line produced south; north and
west of the existing City Limits.

SECTION II: There are hereby fired and established additional and new precincts
as follows:
1-745 L. -1.PRECINCT NO. 43: 11.11 that portion of the City
of Renton lying south of the center -line of 12th Avenue North; east of the east line of
corrected plat of Renton Highlands No. 2; north of the center -line of 10th Avenue North;
and west of the center -line of 11P11 Street.
1-746 -_ PRECINCT 1d0. 44: All that portion of the City
of Renton lying south of the center -line of 10th Avenue North; east of the east line of
corrected plat of Renton Highlands No. 2; north of the center -line of 7th Avenue North;
and west of the center -line of 11011 Street and 171 Street,
SECTION III: Any and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and superseded.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
