SECTION 5-3001 OF TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF RENTON", RELATING TO CHARGES FOR VARIOUS
DOCUMENTS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOT,,TS :
SECTION I: There is hereby established a new Sub -Section to Section
5-3001, of Chapter V entitled "Business Regulations" relating to charges for
instruments and services as follows:
Additional Sub -Section to Section 5-3001 - Charges for Instruments and
Services:
Fee for issuing miscellaneous permits, including street use,
revocable permits, hold harmless agreements and
similar documents not otherwise provided for,tW
en . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . $2.00 each
SECTION II: All other provisions of Section 5-3001 shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
