S��,CTTOid I: Existing Section 3-231 entitled "CHARGES FOR UITi T-�RED �1 TER
SERVICE" of Title III (Departments) of Ordinance II -Io 1628 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 3-231 As Amended: Flat rate charges for unmetered water service
within the City are hereby fixed at the sum of Three Dollars C'3 -CO) per i;ionth for
a three-fourths inch (3/4") connection,
The minimum rates for metered water supplied within the City in one (1) month
or fractional period thereof, are hereby fixed as specified in the following schedule:

The next 2,000 cubic feet in excess of 900 cubic feet '0.24 per 100 cu. ft..

Provided, however, that water used with hid°h seasonal demand as determined by the
ratio- of quantity, used in July -August to quantity used in February-iiarch exceeding
ratio 3 to 1 shall not be entitled to the .10.09 rate.
In computing meter rates, as provided above,, results ending in one or two
cents will be counted "O"; results ending in three, four, sixt.or seven cents will
be counted "5"; results ene'ing in eight or nine cents trill be counted 111011.
SECTION II: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the
