Traffic Statutes" as issued by the Assbeiation of 17ashington Cities in cooperation
with the Bureau of Governmental Research and Services have heretofore been filed
in the Office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public, and it
being deemed advisable to adopt said code of 17-Tashington Traffic Statutes" by reference

BE IT ORDS? INED BY THE MATOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
SECTION I: The said "CODE OF ti .SHINGTON TRAFFIC SMIUTES" as issued by the
Association of T•lashington Cities in cooperation with the Bureau of Governmental
Research and Services, which Code is dated September 1964 and generally identified as.
"Inforrnation Bulletin No. 260", of which not less than three (3) printed copies in
book form have heretofore been filed in the Office of the City Clerk and made avail-
able to the general public for examination, is hereby adopted as "The Code of --ashir.i.;.
Traffic Statutes" for the CITY OF RENTON; -+and any and all amendments, additions or
modifications thereto when printed and filed with the City Clerk by authorization of
the City Council from time to time shall be considered and accepted and constitute a
part of such Code without the necessity of further adoption of such amendments, addi-
tions or modifications by the legislative authority of the CITY OF RE.I'TON or by Ordinance.
SECTION II: By the reference thereto made hereinabove, said "Code of z-!ashington
Traffic Statutes" as hereinabove described, together with any and all amendments,
modifications or additions thereto and hereafter printed and filed with the City Clea-, is
^corporated herein and made a part of this Ordinance as if fully, and 0i th the same
effect as if set out herein in full, or as adopted by subsequent Ordinance amendatory
hereof.
SECTION III: All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflic-t herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after the
first day of January, 1965, and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
