(Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION NO. 638
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the .improvement of
hitworthStreet from 5th Avenue and/or Walla Walla Avenue
0 6th Avenue; 5th Avenue South side only from Morris St.
to Whitworth St.; 6th Avenue, north side only from Morris to
Whitworth St all in Blocks 4 and 5. Smithers 5th Addition to
Renton, King County, Washington

sidewalks and curbs
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamberin the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s&id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by lav, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
