RESULUrION NO. 641
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Renton, Washington, did (forclose
on local (improvement district assessment and acquired title to the
property hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the date of acquiring title, all local
improvement district assessments were paid by Renton Fish and Game
Club, Inc., a Washington Corporation, qnd the said Renton Fish and
Game Club, Inc., did receive from the County Treasurer of King County,
deed to said property, and the title acquired by the City of Renton,
is a cloud upon the title of said property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Renton, Washington, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute and deliver to the�entcn Fish and Game Clu ),
Inc., a tit claim deed conveying to the said Renton Fish and Game
Club, Inc., the following described property, to wit:
Lot "A", Block 6, Renton Real Estate C o. s 1st
Addition to Renton, according to plat thereof
recorded in volume 21 of plats, page 50, re-
cords of said county; EXCEPT right of way of
Commercial Waterway District No. 2 and EXCEPT
portion conveyed to State of Washington for
highway purposes, situated in King County,
state of Washington.
PASSED this 18th day of September, 1945.
