RESOLUTION N0. 646
VIIEREAS the City of Renton is the owner of a
small.,parcel of land on the southwest corner of Block 2,
for
Town of Renton/which the City of Renton has no use, and
1,N='REAS Dexter -Tonkin Motor Company has made a
reasonable offer for said parcel,
NOW TIEEFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Renton as follows:
Section 1 That the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized to execute and deliver to B. K. Dexter
and ?'lesley Tonkin a (Quit Claim Deed to the small parcel of land

owned by the City on the southwest corner of Block 2, Town of
Renton.
