RESOLUTION NO. 653
WHEREAS, in the operation of the Municipal
Water System, it has become necessary for the City of
Renton to construct a (Booster Pump Statio in the
system formerly owned by the Northwest Water Company,
and
WHEREAS, negotiations have been carried on with
the (`Puget Sound Power & Light Company for an dasement� upon,
property owned by them, for the construction of such booster
pump station, and form of easement has beensubmitted to the
City which has been approved by the Water Superintendent and
the City Attorney, NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON, That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they hereby are (authorized to execute and accept that certain
easement'�dated May 6, 1946, issued to the City of Renton by
the Puget Sound Power & Light Company.
