(Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION NO. ___6'7^�� _________
13E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF/RENTON:
1: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the (improvement of)
Tile North part of Renton District to be bounded on the West
by Williams Street North, on the North by 6th Avenue Northt
on the East by Factory Street,and on the South by Bronson
Way North and lot Avenue Worth,, also lot Avenue North ex-
tending to Williams Street North.
(Insert streets or portions thereof to be improved) by (specifying nature of improvement)
by installingiraines, inlets( etc.s, constructing(aanholes
and catch basins)and doing all other work in connection
therewith*
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans
prepared by the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City

which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all
objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior
to said date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.

4. That he cost and expense. of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property
liable therefor, as provided by law.
