RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF HEARING FOR A PETITION TO
(VACATE THE ALLEY FUNNING EAST AND WESTCIN THE CENTER OF BLOCKS 3 AND 4,
�RENTON REAL ESTATE COMPANYtS FIRST ADDITION TO RENTON AND THAT PORTION
OF(LAKE STREET LYING WEST OF THE SAID BLOCK 3.-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, That
WHEREAS there was filed with the City
Council on to—wit. the 1st day of April 1947, a petition signed by the
owners of more than two—thirds of the private property abutting upon
the parts of street and alley hereinafter described for the vacation
of an alley running East and West in the center of said Block 3 and 4,
of Renton Real Estate Company's First Addition to Renton, and that
portion of Lake Street lying west of the said Block 3.
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, does hereby designate Tuesday May 20th 1947, at
8 o'clock P.M., at the -Council Chamber of said City Council, in the City
Hall in the City of Renton, Washington, as the time and place for
hearing said petition, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to post
notices of said hearing, in the manner provided by the statute.
