WHEREAS, pursuant the provisions of Ordinance #1047, adopted
by the City of Renton, Washington, on the 15th day of August, 1939,1
the ('ty Council can by Resolution (close any street or avenue or
parts of any street or avenue, within the City of Renton to traffic by
all vehicles or class of vehicles, and
WHEREAS, the (bridges across Cedar River on Williams Street and
Wells Street, are in such condition that Coad limit should he set
thereon, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Renton, Washington
as follows:
SECTION 1: That until otherwise ordered, the ridge across Cedar
River on Williams Street, shall have a(load limit)
imit of eight tons, that

the bridge across (Cedar Rivenat dells Stree shall have 8Sload limit
of twelve tons:
SECTION 2: That the Street Superintendent of the City of Renton,
Washington, shall publish and post the notices required by Ordinance
#1047, so as to carry into effect this Resolution.
Passed by the City Council this 8th day of April, 1947.
