AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 7 , TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS)
OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CRITERIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Section 4-748 (C) 5 of Title IV
(Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4-748 (C) 5, as amended: Parking: Parking under
the building structure should be encouraged. Lot coverage may be
increased to as much as seventy five percent (75%) of the lot coverage
requirement of the zone in which the proposed use is located if all
parking is provided underground or within the structure .
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after its publication.
