RESOLUTION NO. 700
A Resolution to appropriate funds from
Cumulative Fund No. 1182 for purchasing materials for the construction of
the Logan Street Bridge. The said fund to apply on the contracted amount
allowed for the construction of the Logan Street Bridge.
WHEREAS the expense of material for the
construction of the Logan Street Bridge are not provided for elesewhere
in the 1948 budget for the City of Renton, Washington.
AND WHEREAS Cumulative Fund No. 1182 was
previously created and established for the purpose of purchasing necessary
materials for construction and improvement purposes not otherwise provided
for in the 1948 budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Renton:
That the sum of $12!006.09 bei and the same
is hereby appropriated from Cumulative Fund No. 1182 to be expended for the
payment for materials to be used in the construction of the Logan Street
Bridge and said amount to be applied as a payment on the contract of the
contractor furnishing same.
Passed by the City Council March 2nd 1948.
