ORDINANCE NO. 3904
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 7 , TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS)
D� ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO SIDE
YARDS IN SINGLE FAMILY AND TWO-FAMILY ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Section 4-704 (C) (4) (c) (1) of Title
IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4-704 (C) (4) (c) (1) , as amended:
(1) Interior lots: A minimum of five (5) feet.
SECTION II: Existing Section 4-706 (C) (4) (c) (1) of Title
IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4-706 (C) (4) (c) (1) , as amended:
(1) Interior Lots: A minimum of five (5) feet.
SECTION III: Existing Section 4-�pg (C) (4) (c) (1) of Title
IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General

Section 4-708 (C) (4) (c) (1) , as amended:
(1) Interior Lots: A minimum of five (5) feet.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after its publication.
